This early Victorian terrace cottage marks Harris & Harris’ first design & build renovation project, completed in 2022.

The cottage was renovated from top to bottom over a 6 month period, working with local craftsmen and trades to transform the property into a beautiful family home that respects its history but brings it up to date for modern living.

Works included the demolition of a wall between living and kitchen, to create an open plan living space. A new roof to the kitchen, repointing to the Cotswold stone façade and new hard landscaping to the garden. A new kitchen and bathroom was installed and the dividing of the top floor allowed for a new en-suite bathroom and dressing area to be introduced, creating a stunning master bedroom suite. New Oak flooring to the ground floor, new wool carpets to the first and second floors and full redecoration completed the project.
